Applications for admission to the IBS program are now being accepted for Fall 2008. Outlined below are important dates to keep in mind when applying to the IBS program. Please note that the IBS Admissions Committee will begin reviewing applications as soon as they arrive and will set up interviews with qualified candidates beginning in early January.

Take the GRE and TOEFL (for international students) exams. To route your official score report, the code for UK is 1837. There is no separate departmental code for the IBS program. Please leave this blank and your score report will be routed by the Graduate School. IBS strongly recommends that applicants take at least one GRE subject exam.

Begin IBS and Graduate School online applications.

Submit your full application, including letters of recommendation, transcripts, GRE scores and TOEFL (if required) for priority review.
February
1, 2008
International student application deadline to Graduate School; applications received after this date will not be considered for fall admission.
These dates will allow you plenty of time to make any changes, additions or corrections to your application package. Although domestic students are strongly encouraged to apply early to receive priority review, domestic applications will continue to be reviewed throughout spring.
