The College of Health Sciences has scholarships available only to students who have been admitted to one of the professional programs. Once admitted to a professional program, students will be notified of all scholarships available to you during your professional career. Notification will be via email by your individual program director.

Professional Student Scholarships
The College of Health Sciences has a limited number of scholarships available to students in the College at large; many are also available through departmental deans. Please see their sites for more information. Below is a sample of what is offered within the college as a whole:
Fellowships: These are awarded by the faculty to incoming and continuing students. Students may not apply for these and will be informed if they should be awarded a Fellowship. See program directors for more information.
Academic Excellence Scholarship: These are awarded to students who have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours in our college. Announcements will be made in the Spring and awarded for the following academic year.
Diversity Enhancement Scholarship: Available to any full-time student who represents diversity of thought, culture, gender, race, ethnicity or are underrepresented in the health professions. Announcements will be made in the Spring and awarded for the following academic year.
Golf Scramble Scholarship: These are awarded to undergraduate, graduate or professional students who are currently admitted to any division in the UK College of Health Sciences and have completed at least 12 semester hours in the college with a cumulative program GPA of 3.4 and maintain a UK GPA of 3.5 or better while receiving this award.

The deadline to apply is April 1, 2014. Please note: Students,
if you have been admitted to a CHS program, you are eligible. Students should note that completion of this online form makes them eligible for all three Health Sciences scholarships.
