Join us in celebrating Allied Health Professions Week


What is Allied Health Professions Week?

Allied Health Professions Week is recognized annually in the first week of November. The purpose of the week is to raise awareness of allied health careers and to recognize and celebrate the many allied health professionals  making valuable contributions to patient care, research, education, and service.

Schedule of Events


Event: Donuts and Coffee

Time: 8am-10am

Location: Wethington Lobby, Outside OSA


Event: What’s weighing you down?

 Come learn about the effects of proper hand-washing and learn if your backpack is too heavy! There will be giveaways!

Time: 11am-1pm

Location: Wethington Lobby, Outside OSA


Event: Curious about Ebola?

Come to our Ebola Panel  that will be led by several faculty members!

Time: 11:30am-1pm ; There will be food provided at 11:30am!

Location: Student Lounge


Event: Circle of Love Kick-off!

Time: 11am-2pm

Location: Wethington Lobby, Outside OSA


Event: CHS Morning of Service (sign-up sheet in OSA

Time: 9am-12pm

Location: Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital (Transportation will be provided) Sign up sheet in OSA 11 CTW.
