Darin Poynter

Darin Poynter joined the CHS staff as the Director
of Technology Services in October 2013. He is responsible for all
aspects of College's network and computer administration and support. He
plans and oversees the implementation of various technologies within the
College and provides technical consultation for academic and research
endeavors. Darin is also responsible for the preparation of the
technology budget and the approval of all technology-related purchases.
Darin is a native of Kentucky and has been working as a full-time IT
professional since graduating from EKU in 2004 with a degree in Mathematics
and Engineering Science. Darin received his Master of Science Degree in
Computer Science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2010 and is currently
working on his PhD in Computer Engineering and Computer Science at the
University of Louisville.
