Women in Business: Panel & Networking Reception
February is Black History MonthThe University of Kentucky’s Diversity Education &
Community Building component is proud to announce the 2012 Black History
Month Collaborative. This group of students, organizations,
and academic partners has worked diligently to ensure a cohesive schedule of
cultural events, lectures, and more will be offered during the month of
February. The goal of the BHM Collaborative is to promote a community
celebration that provokes thought through innovative educational
opportunities that specifically pertain to history and culture of the
African Diaspora. DE&CB aspires to provide a unified front for
nationally recognized cultural awareness months, and an opportunity to
cultivate new traditions and opportunities for appreciation of cultural and
heritage awareness within our campus community. Click here to see the full calendar of campus activities. Back to Top |
