Shea Lambirth, MD

Part-Time Assistant Professor, Division of Physician Assistant Studies

Shea Lambirth is joining the Division of Physician Assistant Studies as an adjunct faculty member for 2013-2014. Shea graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2009 with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Spanish. Shea received her medical degree from the University of Kentucky in 2013 as part of the Rural Physician Leadership Program and plans to enter a clinical residency in 2014. She is currently completing her Certificate in Health Systems Leadership at Morehead State University. Her interests include rural health care and medical education; she has several research publications from her undergraduate medical education and continues to work on research as a faculty member. Shea is pleased to be joining the PA Studies and enjoys working at the family bookstore in her free time.
