Prior to attending UK, Frances Vorsky worked in the Chestnut Hill College Departments of Residence Life and Institutional Advancement. Her research interests include volunteerism, older adults in the workforce and romantic relationships in later life. Since joining the Gerontology program she has been involved with the KERI/KARIS project, which seeks to identify community's strengths and weaknesses as they prepare for an aging population. Frances is the Website Content Coordinator for the Kentucky Elder Readiness Initiative (KERI). Her responsibilities include maintaining current content on the KERI website, updating news information and promoting engagement with the site. Frances is a student affiliate of the The Gerontological Society of America and Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology.
