Steve joined the Faculty of the Department of Nutrition and Food Science in January of 2008 as a lecturer in the department of Nutrition and Foodscience. His interests lie in teaching and learning. Pursuing a PhD in gerontology is a way for him to combine his love of learning with his knowledge of nutrition leading to better outcomes and healthy aging. Steve encourages his students to engage those professionals that they come into contact with as well as using the knowledge they have gained to improve the lives of others.
