Tracy received dual BA degrees in Gerontology and Psychology and a MA in Gerontology from The University of South Florida. Her previous research experience included cognitive function among older adults. She has experience in evaluating older adults’ cognition through neuropsychological evaluation. She has also researched pain management, through relaxation training, among older adults who reside in nursing homes. Currently, her research interests are mental health among older adults, particularly depression and anxiety, as well as medication adherence among older adults with HIV. Aside from school she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
