Call?
Upper level in-house with the PGY1 resident for the first six months

    1st Year: every 4th day 
    2nd Year: every 7-14 days 
    3rd Year: every 7-14 days
Family Medical Center (FMC)?
Attendings see the patient after the PGY1 resident for the first six months

   1st Year: 1-2 half days a week, 6-8 patients per day
   2nd Year: 2-5 half days a week, 9-11 patients per day
   3rd Year: 3-7 half days a week, 11-13 patients per day
Family Medicine Inpatient Service?
Admit to UK Hospital (473 beds) for adult inpatient, pediatrics, and OB.
Average daily census is 12 patients, approximately 75 admissions/month.
Admit patients daily: all FMC patients, community physician referrals, 
    and the first unassigned patient from UK ED.
Admit Obstetric continuity patients (under supervision of FM Attendings)
