The goal of the primary care sports medicine fellowship is to offer qualified residents a diverse educational experience in the field of sports medicine. Graduates of the accredited program will be equipped to function as educators and leaders in sports medicine.
The program participates in the National Residency Matching Program.

Two full-time, one year fellowship positions, must be board
certified or eligible in a primary care specialty.
Exposure to all aspects
of the treatment of sports injuries and illnesses while
working with athletes at the scholastic, collegiate, and
professional levels.
Participants will have the opportunity to pursue research
interests during the fellowship with guidance from the sports medicine faculty.
