Individual Professional Enrichment Account

All residents receive a $800 salary stipend during 2nd year and $1,000 during 3rd year for additional educational expenses including equipment, board study, journal subscriptions, and ABIM exam.  This stipend will be distributed in the November paycheck. 

Vacation

Interns:

• 2 weeks vacation
• 1 week reading (you can read anything, anywhere)
• 5-6 day winter holiday block
• 4 days July 1-4 (beginning 2nd year)

2nd and 3rd Year Residents:

• 3 weeks vacation
• 1 week reading
• 5-6 day winter holiday block
