Course Overview

     The Orofacial Pain Center at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry is offering a one-week shadowing program in which participants join the faculty and residents in all functions of the Center.

 

Course Objectives

     Shadowing program participants will:

• Attend all weekly topic seminars, case presentations and literature reviews
• Observe all patient care activities
• Gain insight into the multidisciplinary approach to managing orofacial pain
• Have access to 25 hour-long videotape presentations on topics regarding temporomandibular disorders and orofacial pain, from anatomy to evaluation and treatment.

Only one participant is ordinarily accepted per week to maximize individual attention.
