Sanders-Brown Center on Aging Foundation

 

Mission Statement

The mission of the University of Kentucky Center on Aging Foundation is to support the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging in its efforts to improve the quality of life of aging people.

The top priorities for the Center on Aging Foundation Board of Directors will be:

• To raise funds to support the educational, research, clinical, and service initiatives of the Center on Aging
• To increase public awareness of the Center on Aging
• To keep in contact with local, state, and federal officials with regard to issues of concern to the Center on Aging
• To increase awareness of new areas in which the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging can be involved

The responsibilities of Board members include:

• Support for Annual Dinner by sponsoring a table
• Fundraising through personal gifts and/or through contacts
• Serve on a committee
• Attend quarterly meetings during calendar year
• Support the Mission Statement
