Center for Sensor Technology changes its name to Center for Microelectrode Technology

In order to better represent the work we do we have changed our name from the Center for Sensor Technology (CenSeT) to the Center for Microelectrode Technology (CenMeT). We feel this is needed to clarify and separate our center from the general term “sensor” which is used in a variety of applications having many meanings. This name change will not affect our research focus, training or collaborations. Rather this should help to focus our outreach and mission of expanding the use and understanding of microelectrodes in research and clinical applications.
