University of Kentucky - Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Application

All applicants interested in interventional cardiology fellowship training at the University of Kentucky will be considered for one of 2 first-year positions available.

We accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

The ERAS Common Application Form including:

Medical School Transcript
USMLE 1,2,3 Transcripts
2 Letters of Recommendation, and
1 Letter from the fellowship program director in Cardiovascular Medicine
ECFMG status report, if applicable.

Applications are due before February 28, 2013.

Invitations for interviews will be extending in March 2013.

Fellows begin their training in July 2014.
