Electrophysiology

During the electrophysiology rotation, fellows will learn about interrogation of devices, implantation of devices (pacemakers, ICDs, BiVICDs, loop monitors), and troubleshooting devices. Fellows will also have the opportunity to participate in electrophysiology studies and ablation cases. Approximately 40 devices are implanted, and 20 electrophysiology studies/ablation cases are performed each month. These numbers will increase as we have added 3 electrophysiology faculty over the past year.
