Alert Patients to Ryan White, KADAP, CCP
    list re-certification and provide/assist with
    paperwork
Ensure all eligible patients are continuously
    enrolled in available financial assistance
    programs
Triage walk-in Care Coordinator appointments
Distribute travel vouchers
Follow-up with Patients who miss appointments
Assist with Patient bills received in error
Assist with data entry
