Bluegrass Care Clinic

Purpose To help clients have meaningful, ongoing, involvement in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Bluegrass Care Clinic. The Clinic Advisory Board (CAB) presents patient issues and possible solutions for consideration and review by the Bluegrass Care Clinic and the Kentucky Clinic.

Membership is voluntary and open to clients with an interest and commitment to the Clinic and a willingness to work on tasks and assignments related to the purpose and function of the CAB.

Confidentiality CAB members acknowledge the privacy rights of clients, staff, and CAB members by signing the Clinic’s Confidentiality Agreement.

Meetings The CAB conducts most meetings at the Kentucky Clinic. CAB members who travel a distance to attend meetings are reimbursed for their gas mileage. The Clinic Advisory Board conducts business meetings 4-6 times a year. Parking validation and a modest dinner are provided at all meetings.
