Suann Reese serves as BIRCWH program administrator and provides daily guidance and oversight
for the program. She also helps develops the budget and is responsible for all
accounting matters for the BIRCWH
Advisory
Committee
An advisory committee is responsible for reviewing the activities of the
Scholars and their mentors. Regular interaction with mentors provides direction
and leadership for each participant. Each Scholar's progress also is monitored
through meetings with the program manager.
