Ms. Cole specializes in providing Advanced Diabetes Management for patients with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.
The diabetes management includes collaborating with each patient to identify their individual diabetes education needs.
She is board certified in Advanced Diabetes Management as a nurse practitioner and is a Certified Diabetes Educator.
She completed a Masters in Nursing as a Community Health Clinical Nurse Specialist and a Post Graduate Clinical Scholars
program as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Kentucky.
