We started our day in the Muscle Mechanics lab. We saw a real life performance of Force production in regard to muscle length, and Velocity of movement. As you are working on your graphs for this assignment, keep these questions in mind:

1.Relationship to strengthening in relation to the Force/Length and Force/Velocity curves:
Utilizing the principals of the Force/Length Relationship and the Force/Velocity Relationship what would be the most effective approach to Strengthening a Muscle? High or low velocity and why? Are there benefits to both? Do you think that the length of the muscle plays a role?
