For MagnaPure, $6/run (up to 8 samples)
For LightCycler 480 SYBR Green 1 Master(2X), $50/ml (enough for 100 reactions)
For LightCycler 480 Probe Master(2X), $50/ml (enough for 100 reactions)
For Magna Lyser Green Beads, $2/tube
For Universal Probes, $10/10μl (enough for 50 reactions)
For plate and sealing foil, $7/plate and sealing foil for 96-well plate, or $8/plate and seal for 384-well plate
*First time users: each lab will get 10μl of UPL probe free of charge for up to two probes and 1ml of probe Master at a special price of $30/ml.
*Researchers can buy reagents and supplies either from us or directly from Roche Applied Sciences. Small aliquots of reagents are available from us. The price will be comparable to the Roche Applied Sciences price.
*If you need instruction in performing RT-PCR, we will assist with the first time use at a rate of $30/half hour.
