Pharmacy Services

The UK North Fork Valley Community Health Center Pharmacy is dedicated to providing quality pharmacy services to the people of Eastern Kentucky. The pharmacy offers a variety of discounted services in order to ensure the patients prescription needs are met.

The pharmacy’s discount programs include the following.

  • Sliding fee scale
  • Lotts Creek Prescription Program
  • Manufacturer Assistance Program
  • Share the Care
  • Accept third party insurances
  • Accept Workmans Comp

Our hours are 8:30 to 5:30 Monday thru Friday, closed for lunch between 12:30 and 1:30 daily.

New patients welcome.
