Medical Clinic Services

The UK North Fork Valley Community Health Center emphasizes quality of care in an environment that provides multi−disciplinary education to residents, medical students, nurse practitioner students and other health care professionals. Community health centers are required to deliver preventive and primary care services to patients regardless of their ability to pay.

UK North Fork Valley Community Health Center offers the following services.

  • Women’s health care
  • Preventive medicine
  • Pediatric care − acute and well child
  • Geriatric care
  • Dietary services
  • Immunizations − child and adult
  • Acute illness/Injury/Minor emergency service
  • Pre-employment/D.O.T./School exams and Sports physicals
  • Workers’ compensation
  • Family planning
  • Obstetrics care
  • Newborn care
  • Psychological services
  • Sports medicine

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
