The Graduate Center for Nutritional Sciences derives its strength from its respected and experienced interdisciplinary faculty and its diverse and high-achieving students and postdoctoral fellows. More than 60 faculty members across as many as 28 departments and divisions are affiliated with the Center, many funded by NIH and other government and nonprofit scientific and research organizations. Dedicated research and administrative staff provide additional support valuable to faculty and students alike.

Many of the Center’s students are involved in federally funded training grants, including the Center’s own NIH-funded grant, and contribute to cutting-edge research in a number of areas. In addition, many of the Center’s alumni have moved on to top research institutions, industry and government organizations.
