The three objectives for this cross-sectional study are
to:
- Compare health-related quality of life among
children and adolescents diagnosed with Spinal
Muscular Atrophy previously published data from a
population of healthy children.
- Evaluate congruency between the parent's
perception and that of the child/adolescent.
- Establish the feasibility of using a self-report
quality of life measure in a pediatric population
diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
