 Misook Chung was invited to serve on the editorial board of the Journal
of Cardiac Failure. |
 An article co-authored by
Jenna Hatcher in 2008, “Appalachian women’s perceptions of their
community’s health threats,” was listed by the
Journal of
Rural Health as one of the top 10 most accessed articles.
 Debra Moser is supervisor and sponsor for a postdoctoral fellowship
awarded to Sharon O’Donnell, Ph.D., at Trinity College
School of Nursing and Midwifery in Dublin, Ireland.
O’Donnell received €251,208 from the Health Research Board
for her study, “Gendered Presentation in Acute Coronary
Syndrome.”

Susan Frazier was appointed to the International Scientific Committee
for the British Association of Critical Care Nurses at their
2009 international conference. |
|
 Gina Lowry was recently honored by Midway College with their 2009
Distinguished Alumni Award.
