National Conference on Tobacco or Health

The Tobacco Policy Research Program dominated the National Conference on Tobacco or Health in Phoenix in June 2009 with 14 posters and 2 oral presentations. 36 people contributed to the presentations, including collaborators from U.K. Center for Rural Health, American Lung Association of Kentucky, Laurel County Health Department, Lawrence County Health Department, Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, U.K. College of Agriculture, Monroe County Health Department, American Cancer Society, University of Nevada Las Vegas, and U.K. Cooperative Extension Service.

Representing the Tobacco Policy Research Program at the National Conference on Tobacco or Health were: (left to right) Deirdra Robinson, Kristian Wagner, Moniica Warren, Amanda Fallin, Nancy York, Karma Cassidy, Angela Brumley-Shelton, Andrew Beckett, Sarah Kercsmar, Audrey Darville; (Front) Laura Cole, Kathy Begley, Carol Riker, Ellen Hahn, Megan Murrey.
