March 1 is the deadline for all application materials to our undergraduate programs.

Application Procedure for R.N.-B.S.N. Students

To meet the March 1 deadline for fall admission, the following materials must be on file with the College of Nursing, 315 CON Bldg., Lexington, KY 40536-0232:

• College of Nursing Application for the B.S.N. Program

• Transcript Evaluation Form (pdf file)

• Goal statement for your nursing career

Goal Statement
In one to three pages (typed, double-spaced) discuss your reasons for seeking a B.S.N. at this point in your career, outlining short-term and long-term goals.

Admission
Final decisions will be made after spring semester grades are available, in mid-May. If you are a UK student, you do not need to submit spring grades. If you are enrolled at another institution, you will need to submit spring grades. We will accept a grade report or other unofficial reporting of your grades until a transcript is available.
