D.N.P. Degree Requirements

• Minimum of 40 total credit hours of course work, including a minimum of 9 credit hours in laboratory, clinical or residency courses based on a 1:4 credit: clock hour ratio for a total of 540 clinical and residency clock hours
• 3.0 minimum cumulative grade point average on all course work, and a minimum 3.0 GPA on all nursing (NUR) course work
• Research utilization project during clinical residency
