Applying to the Post-graduate Clinical Scholars (Post-masters) Certificate Option Deadline (NOTE CHANGE IN DEADLINE) The deadline for application materials for fall semester admission is Feb. 15.For spring semester admission the deadline is Nov. 1. Applications received after these dates are considered on a space-available basis. Openings in this option are limited - early applications are encouraged. Application materials required by the UK Graduate School Submit a UK Graduate School Application for Admission online. In the Program of Study section select "External Certificate" then click the "go" button. From the menu provided after clicking the "go" button, select "Nursing - CERTE (NURS)." You will be asked for two official transcripts from each college or university you have attended. Your score for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required if your native language is not English. The Graduate School will forward these credentials and scores to the College of Nursing (instructions for printing and returning the application). Follow the instructions in the Graduate School application packet describing how to expedite your application. GRE scores are not required for applying to this option.  Application materials required by the College of Nursing College of Nursing Application for the Post-graduate Clinical Scholars Certificate Program Download and print out the PDF file or contact Student Services for an application. College of Nursing Financial Aid Application for Graduate Students  (download PDF file*) Submit if applying for an Advanced Nurse Education Traineeship. Preference for financial assistance is given to applications submitted by Feb. 15.  Reference Forms (Two references required) Two references are required. They should be from your current supervisor and from your master's program major advisor.   Photocopy of current R.N. license *You must have Adobe Reader in order to access these forms.
