Additional Back-to-School Information for
Second Degree B.S.N. Students

Congratulations and welcome to the UK College of Nursing Second Degree Option. We are pleased to offer you a position in the spring and look forward to working with you toward a successful graduation with a baccalaureate degree in nursing. 

On the main back-to-school page, you will find information regarding the CNA requirement (UK offers this course) immunizations, uniforms, equipment, etc. You will also receive a course packet in the mail with information that will help prepare you for the exciting learning experience you are about to embark upon.

Lee Anne Walmsley will be your advisor throughout the program. Please remain in room 201 after orientation for an advising conference with her at 2 p.m. Feel free to e-mail or call her with questions. 

We are excited about offering this unique pathway to nursing and are pleased that you will be in our eighth Second Degree B.S.N. class. Contact us if you have questions, or if for any reason your plans change, please let us know.
