Hall of Fame
Established in 2006, the College of Nursing Hall of Fame identifies distinguished graduates and their extraordinary contributions to the nursing profession. At the inaugural induction ceremony, Carolyn Williams,
PhD, RN, FAAN, immediate past dean of the College, reminded those in attendance, “Our honorees are symbolic of the best of our community of graduates and by celebrating them, we are celebrating all of our graduates.”
The second Hall of Fame will be held in May 2011 in conjunction with the College of Nursing 50th Anniversary Celebration. We hope you will consider nominating someone for the College of Nursing Hall of Fame. Deadline
for nominations is Jan. 15, 2011.
The following five alumnae were inducted in June 2007 at a formal ceremony and banquet.
