NEURO-TOXICOLOGY toxic nerves

It is rare for a department of neurology to offer expertise in neurotoxicology, and our Clinical Neurotoxicology program is a unique resource. Some of the neurotoxic problems that our experts diagnose and treat include: exposure to pesticides, metals, and industrial chemicals. We are also able to provide second opinions in cases of alleged neurotoxic exposures. Independent medical evaluations and legal reviews can also be accomplished. Our department members have published important papers in clinical neurotoxicology, and Dr. Michael Dobbs is the editor of a comprehensive textbook of neurotoxicology that will be published in 2009.
