    William R. Markesbery, MD
Professor of Neurology

Clinical Interests 
Memory Disorders, Neuropathology

Dr. Markesbery is a fully qualified neurologist and neuropathologist. He is the director of the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging, where he administers several large research grants. He is involved in the neuropathology education of our residents during their required rotation on neuropathology.
