Leadership
Series
Staff Education Services is
working closely with the Accreditation Management Team to offer ALL
leaders the opportunity to learn the new process and requirements of
JCAHO that we will be expected to follow during our next visit.
The AMT is requesting that ALL supervisors, managers, directors and
administrators find time to attend the following educational sessions in
order to prepare their work unit and staff.
The Learning Center has set aside
most Thursdays this winter from 12 - 2 pm to host a series of JCAHO
sessions presented by members of the AMT. Each month, there will
be 2 separate topics presented up to 4 different times. You only
have to attend each topic once, and you may attend one topic one week,
and the other topic another week, or you may choose to stay for the
entire tow hour period and attend both topics on the same day.
We are hoping that this will give
you enough choices that you will be able to attend everything by the end
of each month, as those topics will not be repeated in the following
months.
Please anticipate that other
topics will follow this same pattern.
