Education
Josie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from
Montclair University in 2007. She received a Master of Arts degree in
Speech Language Pathology from Northwestern University in 2010.
Educational Focus
Josie serves as a clinical supervisor for
graduate students on clinical rotation at the University of Kentucky
Communication Disorders Clinic and Albert B. Chandler Medical Center.
Clinical Focus
Josie’s primary responsibility is direct patient care at the Albert
B Chandler Medical Center. She evaluates and provides treatment for speech,
language, and swallowing deficits in the adult and pediatric population.
She has particular interest in swallowing disorders in adults, speech and/or
language disorders in adults, cognitive disorders in adults, and
laryngectomee care.
