The Kentucky Physical Therapy Association, in partnership with RehabCare, has announced its 2013 All-Academic Team which includes three CHS DPT students. Sarah Beth Marting (Lexington), Kirby Mayer (Hazard) and Avery Schroyer (Lexington) were selected for the honor. Read more on UK NOW.

Virginia Valentin, MCMS, PA-C has been elected to serve as President of the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants. This is a prestigious honor that is a one-year term. She was elected by her peers and plans on a robust agenda for this leadership year which will certainly build on the legislative victories of the 2012-13 year. Read more on UK NOW.
