Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Located on the 5th floor of the College of Dentistry, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery involves the treatment of oral & maxillofacial problems and includes the removal of teeth and tumors as well as the treatment of infection and injuries to the mouth, jaws, and related structures. In addition, the program provides care for dentofacial deformities and preparation of the mouth for dentures, including the placement of dental implants. Care is provided by faculty and residents.
