Credentialing

The on-line training replaces attendance at the mandatory training sessions and is an annual requirement.

All on-line training sessions require a completion certificate be turned in to Debbie Goggin in room M-130.

HIPAA and Corporate Compliance
All employees must have basic HIPAA and Corporate Compliance training.

Clinical staff should complete the General for clinical faculty & staff.
Anyone dealing with record release should complete advanced release of information.
Managers and Supervisors should complete HIPAA for Managers & Supervisors.

Log in information:   Your ID is your UK employee number.  This number must be 9 digits long, please add zeros to the beginning of your ID to make it 9 numbers.

Your password is your birth month and day.  For example June 28 would be 0628.

Once you have logged in, click on "Enroll in CBL" on the left side. Once you have done this, scroll through the list of classes until you find the ones you need. Click on "Enroll" and begin the computer based class.

After completion of the Net Learning Classes, click on "Completions" (again on the left side) and print.
