Practice Growth Through Non-Surgical Periodontics and Cosmetic Periodontics

Course Description

The speakers for this unique course are the father and son team of Douglas M. Neuman, DMD, MS and Elliot D. Neuman, DMD.  Their team approach offers the audience the valuable perspective of a younger generation, recent graduate and current periodontal resident and over 38 years of private practice periodontal experience.

Since dental disease is evolving from a cavities-oriented problem to a periodontally oriented problem, your patients and practice can benefit from new ways to make periodontics the focus of your general practice.  This seminar describes methods to improve insurance reimbursement for periodontal procedures, how to maximize the capacity of your hygienist to help patients and improve the quality of care.  In addition, this course is packed with information on cosmetic periodontal therapy.  New to this seminar is a strong emphasis on the role of soft tissue relocation in achieving optimal cosmetic results.  In addition, the most up to date adjuncts such as Atridox, Periochip, Periostat, etc. will be discussed.

Course Objectives

At the conclusion of the program, the participant should be able to:

  • Formulate internal periodontal marketing strategies
  • Maximize insurance reimbursement for periodontal care
  • Increase income for non-surgical periodontal treatment
