Congratulations to Nate Helsley for being chosen as a finalist in The American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics Cardiovascular Pharmacology (ASPET CVP) Graduate Student Competition. Nate has also received a travel award to partially fund the trip. Nate is currently a fellow on the NIH Predoctoral Interdisciplinary Cardiovascular Training Grant.
Binggang Xiang, PhD abstract selected for presentation in the Best of Hemostasis and Thrombosis session of the American Society of Hematology meeting. Dr. Xiang is a member of the Zhenyu Li laboratory.
A morning keynote lecture, at the Delaware Symposium, to a crowded house interested in the newest discoveries in the world of cardiovascular research featured Alan Daugherty. Dr. Daugherty is the Director of the Saha Cardiovascular Research Center at the University of Kentucky.
