Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel (NCA)
The NCA certification process is designed to:
- Provide a means for job applicants to inform
prospective employers of their qualifications
- Provide and measure a standard of knowledge
desirable for medical laboratory personnel
- Encourage professional clinicans to remain current
with laboratory practices and to qualify for advanced
positions
- Formally recognize those individuals who fulfill the
requirements for certification.
